1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Sale, clearance, or customized items are non-returnable.


2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, additional time may be required for funds to reflect.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items, 9alley will cover return shipping charges.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and vouchers.

  • Final sale or heavily discounted items.

  • Customized or personalized products.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
